A reflexologist working in south-east London, I hold an ITEC Diploma Level 3 in Reflexology, a nationally recognised and regulated qualification. I am insured, a member of the Association of Reflexologists and abide by their code of conduct and their safe secure workplace policy in respect of COVID-19. I also have a certificate in First Aid.
Reflexology is a popular complementary therapy that focuses on working reflex points, mainly on the feet, which correspond to areas of the body. If you would like to know how reflexology could help you, please feel free to contact me.
My treatment room is a calm and welcoming environment and I work with organic products where possible.
The cleaning wipes I use are vegan and biodegradable. They are compostable, chlorine-free, pH balanced, hypoallergenic and contain organic aloe vera.
My reflexology wax contains 100% natural ingredients; sweet almond oil, olive oil, beeswax, lavender, bergamot and geranium oils. Produced in Scotland, it is softening and nourishing. It contains no wheat germ oil and so is safe for coeliacs and those who are gluten intolerant. For vegans, I use moisturising and gentle organic shea butter. I use an unscented wax for pregnancy treatments, which contains no oils that may be harmful during this time.
